The year was 2012. I couldn't sleep. I would lay in bed, my mind racing. I would get up and wander around for hours. Over the course of a 2-3 days I maybe slep 5 hours total. All I could think about was food, a restaurant, different menu items. Finally, in the middle of the night, I created the restaurant. I bought the domain name, built out a website including a full menu and logo. And then, I went to sleep.
A fusion of comfort food from the American South and Asian inspiration from the Far East- grilled on the Q.
